Stephen Chan 陳永耀,  Chairman 主席

Mr. Chan is a veteran investor. He has over 40 years of management experience in manufacturing, electronics, agriculture and property development companies.

In the last 3 decades, Mr. Chan has focus on the development of China market. He is an expert on China investment.

He also served as directors of New Dragon Base (HK) Limited,  Demeter Living-Technology Limited.

Leo Chan 陳子律, Executive Director 執行董事

Mr. Chan is an experienced executive and has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in investment, property development, agriculture and healthcare products companies. He was instrumental in process of promoting innovative products and delivering company results.

Mr. Chan has extensive experience in Asia especially for the China market. He has worked as executive with reputable companies including Fine Win Enterprise, Pacific Honest, New Dragon Base, NDS Investment and Demeter Group.

Ian Cheng 鄭錦華, Managing Consultant 首席顧問

Before joining NDS, Mr. Cheng was the Managing Director of Prior Biotech. Prior Biotech was established for sourcing investors to sponsor the research & development on innovative health care products based on eastern and/or western medical technologies.

Mr. Cheng was an IT expert and has served in Oracle and Hutchison Telecom.

Mr. Cheng holds a Bachelors degree of Computer Science from PolyU Hong Kong.

Eric Lee 李國良,  Non-Executive Director 非執行董事

Mr. Lee was appointed as the NDS Enterprises CEO from 2013 to 2021 and continuously serves as the Non-Executive Director of the board after stepping down. Mr. Lee has many years of executive experience in technology based public, mid-size and startup companies. Mr. Lee is a passionate entrepreneur and have established the CareLife Healthcare to develop the world’s first Non-invasive Blood Glucose Meter. In addition,  he also created Asian Wisdom to invest and incubate startup companies.

Mr. Lee was a senior executive of many high-tech telecom and software companies including Octel/Lucent, ADC, Tecnomen and Bellcore/Telcordia. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelors degree of Computer Science, Honors from University of Manitoba and studied in University of Michigan Business School.

Mr. Lee also volunteers himself to serve the community. He was appointed as the Chairman and Honorary Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee of PolyU Hong Kong from 2008 to 2010.
